Public ground breaking ceremony for Adobe Systems new corporate headquarters.  The ceremony included a private VIP luncheon for senior and executive management team members of Adobe, the Mayor of San Jose and the San Jose Redevelopment Agency. The entire event was a huge success for Adobe and IPI managed it with only a two week project timeline.

1906 Earthquake Centennial - San Francisco Rising

The San Francisco Museum and Historical Society and the Chinese Historical Society of America joined together to host San Francisco’s unshakable spirit with the 1906 Centennial - San Francisco Rising. This once in a lifetime event was held at the Palace Hotel, April 17 - 18, 2006 marking the 100th anniversary of the earthquake and celebrating the rebirth of the great city of San Francisco.  The 1906 Centennial launched the City's series of commemorative events surrounding the 1906 Earthquake.
 
Ireland Presentations was hired to design, plan, manage and execute the events of this occasion.  The opening event on April 17th attracted major sponsors and more than 1,000 guests enjoyed dinner, dancing, entertainment and the opportunity to be part of this once in a lifetime event. In addition, there was an early morning  breakfast event for more than 500 on April 18th commemorating the earthquake after the annual Lotta's Fountain ceremony.

Ireland Presentations has worked with the Financial Women’s Association of San Francisco since 2002, including seven “Financial Woman of the Year” Events and their 50th Anniversary Symposium. Ireland Presentations has been responsible for planning, managing and executing these various events with new co-chairs, committee members and volunteers each year.

FWA Scholarship Fund "Financial Woman of the Year" Event (2002-2008)
Now in its twelfth year, this annual event honors outstanding women in the area of Finance who have greatly contributed to and promoted the success of women in the Bay Area.  This event raises funds for scholarships for promising young women pursuing careers in finance and related fields.  Its success speaks for itself by attracting major sponsors and over 700 guests per year.

50th Anniversary Symposium - Leadership: The New Global Currency
In celebration of their 50th Anniversary in 2006, The Financial Women's Association of San Francisco hosted a half-day educational symposium which examined challenges facing the financial industry and its members, explored issues of leadership, technology a global economy, an aging workforce, and changing work environments. The symposium featured two keynote speakers and attendees chose two of five breakout sessions.  Attendance was 500.

Kids in the Klinic

Ireland Presentations was contracted to plan, manage and execute the second Wine Auction "Vino de Mayo" presented by The University of the Pacific School of Dentistry and Kids in the Klinic. The event took place at the Four Seasons Hotel, San Francisco on May 4, 2006.  The event attracted over 350 guests for dinner with silent and live auctions. 

Kids in the Klinic provides access to dental care, education, and prevention awareness to the community’s financially disadvantaged, disabled and under-served children and families.

High profile grand opening event that created a dignified yet festive environment for both the building interior and exterior.  The opening of this office, hosted by the Chief Secretary for the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, is the business and government center for Hong Kong in Western North America.

Seventh Annual Maritime Heritage Awards Benefit Gala & Auction
The San Francisco Maritime National Park Association celebrates their Seventh Annual Maritime Heritage Awards Benefit Gala & Auction to raise money for The Age of Sail program.  The Age of Sail program teaches boys and girls about sailing ships whether it’s the physics of how a block-and-tackle works, or the music and poetry of sea chanteys. Ireland Presentations was contracted to design, plan, manage and execute the event. The event attracted 300 guests for dinner with silent and live auctions.
