As professional meeting, conference and event planners, Ireland Presentations assists clients by providing full-cycle program and event management.  Our role is to CREATE, DESIGN, MANAGE & EXECUTE your project from start to finish – and then some.

  • define and plan event strategy including goals and objectives
  • develop agendas and timelines; interface with client team to ensure completion of project deliverables
  • prepare and manage detailed event budgets; manage financial reconciliations
  • identify and negotiate logistics including venue & location, ground transportation, sleeping rooms,  catering & food services, audio visual, staging & lighting, furniture & booth rentals, I & D labor
  • arrange for entertainment, theme design, special effects or guest speakers
  • interface with public relations activities
  • identify, negotiate and manage outside vendors, speakers and consultants
  • design and manage registration procedures
  • direct and assist with complete set-up and breakdown
  • make special arrangements for security sensitive & confidential matters
  • provide technical support including equipment/hardware requirements, software installation, coordinate network and power needs, staging demos, on-site setup, support and teardown
  • on-site management and staffing - supply additional staff as needed
  • perform additional tasks as they relate to special or unique services and details required
