Melinda joined Ireland Presentations to assist with the fast pace and growing number of projects that require demanding detailed planning and coordination. She works on all the stages of a program to ensure successful pre-planning, coordination, and management of each event. An integral part of the project team, she prepares event documentation, directly interfaces with clients, oversees the intricacies of developing registration procedures and content, manages vendors, tracks budgets and payments, closely monitors event logistics and is a key player of our on-site management teams.

Melinda graduated from the University of San Francisco, CA, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, with an emphasis in Public Relations. Melinda’s previous experience includes working for the YMCA of San Francisco in their Public Relations and Marketing department. Melinda organized the first YMCA One-Week “You belong at the Y” Open House. She was responsible for facilitating the organization of seven days of fun and healthy activities for children, adults, and families, focusing on Healthy Kid's Day, community outreach, active older adults, and youth and teen development.
