Kate joined the Ireland Presentations
team to add her strong support skills in managing the high demands of our daily office needs and client projects. With an emphasis on administrative support, details and customer service, Kate works with our clients, vendors and attendees associated with the many programs underway at Ireland Presentations. In addition to office support, she assists with detailed research and reports, event documentation, program specifications, deadline tracking, methodical follow up and client and vendor interaction.
Her previous experience includes assisting in the organization of high profile monthly events in the fine arts sector where she worked closely with staff, artists, speakers and patrons. She assisted in marketing the events via invitations and email campaigns, maintaining RSVP and attendee lists, ensuring each venue was prepared and ready for each event and on-site management.
Kate is a graduate of the University of California - Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History and History. |
