Since 2000, Tessie has worked behind the scenes with Ireland Presentations in project support and on-site management to many of the programs and events that Ireland Presentations manages and produces annually.
Joining Ireland Presentations as a full time team member in 2009, her can-do spirit, technology savvy, attention to detail, and time-sensitive manner, Tessie has the tools needed for project supervision. Her role includes client interaction, event support and on-site management with expertise that includes project administration, tracking of timelines and scheduling, registration procedures and management, design & creation of event materials for both internal and external use and directing merges & mailings.
Prior to joining Ireland Presentations on a full time basis, Tessie’s primary role at IPI was Corporate Treasurer and bookkeeper. Continuing to use these skills in her project management role, she tracks project hours, balances project budgets, provides reports on budget actual and variances and is the primary liaison between the client and Ireland Presentations for accounting purposes. She continues to wear her accounting and finance hat for the Company, and is responsible for all of the Company’s primary bookkeeping functions including A/P & A/R, financial statements, invoicing and payroll.
Her 27 years of experience as a non-profit professional provides her with a successful record of management, execution and leadership. Tessie’s career started with the Rotary Club of San Francisco in 1981 as bookkeeper, growing with the Club as Office Administrator and then leading the Club as their Executive Vice President, she provided the underlying foundation and continuity for the Club year after year as its officers and membership changed. She attended City College of San Francisco and Heald Business College. |
