Regina joined Ireland Presentations to add her strong support skills to the project team. In this role, she is often the first line of contact with clients, vendors and guests of the many events and projects underway at all times. Her primary responsibilities are to support the entire project team, which includes detailed research and reports, event documentation, maintaining registration and transportation manifests, methodical follow up, client and vendor interaction, and expense tracking, as well as keeping the office running smoothly. Regina is also responsible for fielding the many inquiries received on a daily basis on our various upcoming events therefore, is in the "know" on every project being managed by Ireland Presentations.
Previously with HealthEcareers Network, she worked with the marketing team in the Events, Exhibits, and Travel department. Here she attended and helped implement international healthcare and hospitality conferences and tradeshows, assisted with internal company events such as the Susan G. Komen "Race for the Cure" walkathon, and worked with creative aspects such as giveaways and booth design. In addition, she has also worked with high touch social events, and has a strong passion for bringing people together in fun and captivating ways.
She is a graduate from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a bachelor's degree in English.
